Field of view is everything. I'm not sure how anyone can argue with that. I would love the high-end headset but alas, too expensive and I will wait a year a two before going with a new headset. But I think it's great how the technology has advanced. How would you compare the original HTC Vive headset to something current?
bro lol how much debt are you in with all of those??
Bro give me one VR set.
Index fan ahahahahaha 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Oh my god you/he chose Pimax 8k over Vive Pro 2, Aero and Index for high end. That is comical. We have differed many times in the past but this one was the full stop on the year for me.
Are all VR headsets compatible with each other or is it oculus can only play with oculus players and so forth
Hi bro, I have a 6.6 inch mobile device, is there a VR headset that's compatible with that size?
Robin Schulz best german DJ! <3
Thomas is awesome.
"It won't need a Facebook account next year" Translation: It will need a Meta account then… not falling for that.
You have more headsets than I have shoes and socks 🤨
Thank you giving PSVR the fair review it deserves ! I'm tired of hearing your fellow VR streamers bashing or ignoring PSVR. I have all 3, Quest 1&2, PSVR. The Quests are amazing but I love my PSVR. PSVR 2 is gonna be a monster ! I can't wait !
Bruh thoses VR headsets are like 30k$ worth🤩
bro u are some type of multi billionaire ? i am looking for best VR and u got all of them like giveaway pls me poor (Jk)
Who else has the Vurtua Boy too in 2021?
there is not a single VR game that i like VR isnt ready to be fun in my opinion
Great video. Is there a VR set that is 100% radio frequency-free? Im looking for a set for my nephew but he suffers from RF signals and needs to wire everything and not able to use Bluetooth or wifi
With the Quest I'm doubtful that they will really remove the data harvesting by removing the need for Facebook accounts. I expect what they will do is instead require you to have a Meta account which will be doing exactly the same thing. The whole ecosystem around the Quest is about selling your data, that's why the quest is so cheap compared to other headsets.
This is the main downside of the Quest for me. I hate Facebook and don't want to feel like I'm supporting them becoming the future dystopian mega corporation they will eventually become.
Great video …..it's always good to hear a unbiased opinion though I understand we all can have a preference…obviously having so many headsets you can have a good insight into the differences of each headset . I have a question ( which you may or may not be able to answer) I see some people will say if you connect a quest 2 to a pc it acts just the same as if you connect a dedicated pcvr headset because it runs off the pc so it is your gpu/cpu doing the work ….but doesn't the information have to go through the chip on the quest ? I can't find any information regarding this .
Can PUBG be played with it?
im getting the hp reverb g2!!! 🙂
Hello great video! Is an RTX 3070 good enough for VR? Also which headset do u recommend for the rtx3070 ? I mainly going to use it for sim racing!
I have no idea what he said for the name of the second headset.
So much easier to decide in Australia: Valve won't sell to us, Vive price-gouge us like 50% and pimax are untrustworthy. So it's basically Q2 or G2. Edit: or PSVR, that's easy here.
May I ask, from a practical point of view how do you regularly change between your numerous different hmds you have all the time most effectively if all your gpu outputs are used, other than crawling behind your PC to get to the back of your GPU to unplug one hmd in order to plug in the other? I ask as my GPU only has 2 displayport outputs and one USB C output and 2 HDMIs and my 2 monitors and 8KX are plugged into those 2 display ports and USB C output leaving no option other than to unplug the 8KX if I'm to get the Aero in order to plug in the Aero every time I wanted to change between the 2 hmds choosing whichever my priority is at the time whether max clarity or max FOV… the trouble is the back of my GPU at the back of my PC tower is in a very awkward and hard to get to place under my desk having to crawl through various wires to get there and I was wondering if there is a way to avoid that or is that exactly what you do (you unplug one hmd in order to plug in another you're trying from the back of your pc but for you the back is easily accessible)?
I really would like to buy a Valve but have heard there might be a new one next year. What do I do?
I'm very indecise about buying a VR headset right now, because it's been quite a while since a new beginner/intermedie headset, so i think that it's not gonna take that much time for a new series of VR headset that will bring down all prices. Does this make sense or It Is worth buying now whitout waiting?
Would you recommend the Index over the HTC Vive Pro? I saw some sales on Ebay for the Vive Pro with a really good price, about 500 dollars, and then I can buy the Index controllers along with it. Do you think it is worth it?
I love the PSVR but I just can't handle it with the low resolution. Bothers my eyes. Oculus Quest 2 is where it is right now for the average consumer. Are Windows Mixed Reality headsets like the HP Reverb or Samsung Odyssey a thing of the past now?
Oculus does not support Windows 11. Beware. I'm on here looking for a Oculus replacement. They sucked since Facebook took over
great video ,very informative ,thank you
I have been looking at the pimax headset, but there are lots of horror stories that are making me really hesitant. It seems like a really good headset, but I don't know if its the right choice personally for me. If I were to go with super high end without having to worry about quality I would go with Varjo Aero headset or wait for the pimax 12k. (I know pimax is doing a trade in program, though the director he didn't know how they were gonna go about it)
