don't keyframe your zoom it looks fake. Track real handheld footage and apply that motion to the camera. Also, shadows use some real-life references for these. Top-level VFX people also don't work without references as human brains are not evolved to detect the direction of shadows. BTW I'm not a video person just a programmer.
