  1. there are many flaws in this game, but 2 flaws stand out considerably for me… and they have nothing to do with the story, quests, combat or magic… they have to do with the A.I. algorithm

    the two biggest flaws by far are:

    1) Random encounters with dragons, and dragons will frequently appear after leveling up… they should have just put 50 dragons spread out over the map always in the same place… and a different reward for defeating each of them.

    2) Enemies, and their weapons/armor, level up with your character (early levels will have weak enemies with cheap weapons/armor no matter where you go… high levels will have strong enemies with the best weapons/armor)… Oblivion introduced this fatal flaw, while Morrowind and Fallout 3 had enemies of differing levels depending on which region or cave/mine/ruin etc. you choose to venture (if you go into the wrong place at an early level… you die quickly)…it's simple, follow the Morrowind formula
