2. 3:08 – That's not a poor example of poor writing. I'm PRETTY certain that he meant it as you were suggesting he meant. When I first saw the review, I knew that he meant her being one of the least developed characters in the main story. those that were getting triggered there really misconstrued that badly there.
   Also dude tone down the constant zoom ins already. I know I'm a few years too late here, but that's just too dang distracting and way too cringy in itself.

3. I will say as funny as the too much water comment is she brought up some good points poorly. I remember playing the og on the Gameboy and found it SUPER annoying my HM slave wasn't with me when I needed flash in an underground ocean cave. Which caused me to have to go ALL THE WAY BACK… It was unnecessary.

4. great vid although i do feel you dismissed their critique about shulk being able to see the future, i feel like xenoblade handled it in a sensible way

5. I love REVIEWS which are SUPPOSED TO MAKE YOU WANT TO BUY THE GAME that include spoilers, mispronunciations, and just straight up lies 🙂

   2 quotes that summarize why I hate IGN. Also, they called EOIII bad because you have to grind. I find that funny, because here's the thing:
   1: it's a JRPG, so grinding is to be expected
   2: Quests give you more EXP than random encounters, and generally replace grinding

   Also, don't think I didn't hear Emerald Grove in the background. You da man for that

14. Don't even get me started on their abysmal review of Sonic Unleashed, The gameplay footage in that review is absolutely laughable. Also if you want to know what I think of Sonic Unleashed, I think the game is phenomenal and it's My favorite Sonic game of all time tied with Sonic Adventure 2

21. The Xenoblade series sucks. Also, some of the reviewers pass their script to a narrator. There's nothing wrong with that. IGN is the McDonald's of reviews. They're good for a quick rundown of a game. Perfect if you're at a game store browsing.

22. I feel like when IGN needs footage of a game, they should probably get someone who is familiar with the gameplay style or who actually plays that game, because I find that the gameplay in the reviews don’t fully show what the game is capable of.

28. AH yes…the site that actually gave Evolve….a 9/10. It was at this moment exactly that I stopped listening to “professional” reviews.

35. If you work for a gaming news company who wants to do reviews:
    1) Get a good reviewers
    2) Make sure that the reviewer actually is a fan of the genre
    3) Listen to different sides of the arguement
