  1. All I want in a headset is a reliable, safe, and simple system which has high performance and the ability to be used with a pc and maybe even FBT.

  2. GOOD REVIEW – NOTE: When using VR Optician or WIDMOvr inserts or contacts to play the HMD over extended sessions, it feels a little chilly. if you have eyewear. Moreover, bringing the displays closer (5K). It has excellent color

  3. I’ll say this atm if your getting a quest 2 for pcvr don’t oculus link is trash frame drops, stutter, performance degradation, etc. I have a rtx 3060 fyi and on Reddit there mfs with a 3090 and they also have the same symptoms. It’s been broke since v46 came out I think and they haven’t done anything to fix it. I’ve tried every fix under the sun and it hasn’t done anything to help ngl it’s fking aggravating 😅

  4. I'm ready to buy my first headset (I'm 73) I'm disabled and would be using it whilst I'm in bed. Which one would be the best for this setup? One other question, does each headset have it's own list of games or are they all compatible with every game? If they have their own, which has the largest number of games. Thank you for the video and any advice you can give. 🙂

  5. The Apple headset is going to cost $8,000!. 😂 😂 and it's going to say made in China, and the person that made it?. Is a poor person for 30 cents an hour. LOL 😂 😂

  6. I haven't played a video game since 2000. I want to be able to do driving racing games against my dad and virtual reality. What's my best entry point for just pure enjoyment?

  7. We haven't tried VR headsets yet but I'm thinking of giving him one for Christmas… Something we can both get in to. Of course I would like to start out small but want the audio/video quality to be as good as we can afford. We are not gamers. He spends most his time online watching YouTube and free movies via my WiFi connection. Can you please recommend one. Black Friday is approaching so perhaps I can get a good deal. The used ones I found are real low quality headsets selling for $15 to $30 CND. (Did I mention I'm in Canada?) These used ones are a EVO, COBY & HOMiDO V2. For $15, $25 & $30. Do any of those units sound like they would be worth trying? I don't mind spending more denaro if I can get substantially better quality. The next price range of these used models were starting in the $200's. That's quite a jump but still not including any of the units you talked about. I'm thinking I might have to buy new. What do you think? Especially since I plan on gifting it at Christmas. I'm really hoping he'll like it but if he doesn't then I'll use it & I'll get him something else. I would really appreciate your advise & guidance. Cheers!

  8. I have an original Vive and it's still working like new! One of the controllers doesn't charge completely anymore but that's to be expected after 3 years lol I also have a Meta Quest 2 and love it. Works perfect and can through wireless connection link to my PC with no cords needed for advanced PC games on Steam. Love it.

  9. I dont know where you are getting these prices unless everything just got at least 100 dollars more expensive in 3 months. The HP Reverb G2 is 500 at the cheapest new price on Amazon, and 400 from the HP website for some reason.

  10. It's a shame that the Index is LCD…. One HUGE reason that I'm out of the VR game is because, AFAIK Samsung Gear is well past dead, and most of the units I'm seeing that I'd be willing to support (read: Nothing by facebook and nothing by Sony) are LCD. If the Vive Pro 2 came out of the box with Steam support, I'd grab that. WTF ever. Photosensitivity is a thing and LCD sucks for those with it especially compared to OLED.

  11. Really hoping the psvr 2 will be supported on pc. The gate keeping in what is a niche and expensive hobby is a really big deterrent for me.

  12. Don't you guys find it crazy that sony is ready to drop an insanely good vr experience for a fraction of the price of these other products, can't wait for it

  13. As for me, I don't trust Facebook/Oculus and HTC and Valve Index are too expensive and complex for my liking. Maybe I should just wait until PSVR 2 comes out since I already own a PS5, even if I had to wait until March of 2021 to get my pre-order of the thing.

  14. I only want the PSVR 2 but that really depends on what Apple does, I might end up getting that as well.

i’m tired of waiting though, i’m contemplating buying a Quest 2 now and then selling it when the PSVR 2 comes out. idk how well it retains its value tho
