  1. The biggest problem I have with the new Night fall I constantly have my Character and other Characters simply become transparent so much so that I can't even see my weapons let alone point them. I'm running a 2080s on Starlink is anyone else having this same problem?

  2. Im generally disappointed with bungie over the gameplay of the dlc. The new weapons are interesting with perk combinations and such, but why did bungie have to go make it so every nightfall feels like a grandmaster. Additionally bungie forces you to get to a light level only to REDUCE your power when you do any activity thats supposed to be a challenge. There is no in between now for power, you either merk everything or get pummeled into dust. Then finally damage reduction, why nerf it if everything got turned up a lot? Why have woven mail give such a benefit, where you can have up to 90% damage res and still be able to get 1 shot by certain enemies that do not have 1 shot mechanics.

  3. I have to say this is the first DLC where I didnt finish the Campaign in one go..i havent played for a few days and there is no urge to do so. That was different the passed campaigns. While strand was awesome! the Story how it started just didn't suck me in.

  4. I just want to say I thought the game was going to be harder but this is a walk through the park hell even easier now that the mods are universal. Its only one battlegrounds map and one more thing them Tormentors don't Torment ish!

  5. Grappling hook and this new "cyberpunk" space theme seems like a huge ripoff of everything else to try and cash in on the popular things.

  6. Smoke & Mirrors; Bait & Switch…what are we missing? The game managers have always been consistent (if not any good) at giving us shit to do…make work. Not adventures to play and experience. Explain to me why I have to kill the Arms Dealer yet…one….more…time? Want to know why the story telling/narrative for Lightfall is subpar? You'd be better off explaining why we have no squad vehicles or why our ships aren't armed.

  7. I mean I'm having fun and you're making thousands of dollars off a video bitching about a game you use to support a job. Me and your opinions are different

  8. People finally woke up from Bungies marketing scams. It's gotten progressively worse and worse these past years. I will make you remember something: Do you still remember when Destiny was owned by Activision and Bungie said they're going to be the saviour after they buy it back? Well they are worse now.

  9. It’s bad. It’s okay to say it’s bad. This is a massive step backwards for the franchise and will do nothing to retain a player base. Get your “Destiny player base drops” videos ready.

  10. The only other game/series where i got addicted to the grind was Monster Hunter. Can't put the Game down since Tri hahaha

  11. I agree with you cross, honestly lightfall isn’t THAT bad but it does fall short where it certainly SHOULD NOT and that’s in the story. I do think it will get better over time as we understand and learn about more as to what’s happening, another thing im disappointed about is how they advertise the witness coming and all that and he literally makes like a few appearances in cutscenes like he barely even feels like he’s apart of it and then dips into a triangle vortex in the traveler

  12. What really took me out of this expansion is the Vex. I'm not sure why, but whatever happened to their story beats and them essentially being extra filler and non threats has really nose dived the entire game. Oh boy, get to shoot these meaningless time traveling robots who are just cannon fodder. I'm kinda over that and I can't exactly pinpoint totally why, but it just suddenly hit me, along with the nonsense story. I fully agree with the bit about the Tormentors. I thought for sure they would be roaming around and being extra hard.

  13. Neptune has so much enemy density that it crashes ps5 users during the end of vex incursion missions 😂 haven’t heard bungie say anything about that yet lol

  14. I agree with the review score the expansion is empty space. Fallout post nuclear holocaust had more life in it than this expansion does.

  15. am i the only one disappointed by the “social space” bungie talked about for neomuna? i don’t know if it was just me, but they gave me the idea of a mini tower in a certain area of neomuna with tons of npc’s and a lively feel. all we got were a bunch of glowing holograms that don’t move or speak. the atmosphere feels so dead compared to the tower. a CITY of people feels less lively than one singular building in the last city. the atmosphere doesn’t even fathom matching the expectations i got from the trailers and the comments and teasers made by the devs

  16. Unfortunately i think that next video we see is gonna be the " man this dlc sucks " after the raid, banking on the cut scene and the fact everything about the raid has been leaked already it is most definitely gonna leave the D2 community very very upset…

  17. Not only was the narrative terrible, but the missions (aside from the opening mission) were poorly structured and boring. There were no interesting mechanics, at all. There were no puzzles except killing light vs dark vex. Any "mechanics" in the game were just using grapple which, while cool, loses its luster when it's the ONLY change in gameplay. Difficulty was only created by juiced up health bars and damage.
In Witch Queen, we had multiple enemies that required a finisher to kill, numerous simple puzzles, multiple bosses with different phases, and more. Here, we didn't have any real bosses except Calus.
Calus was the biggest disappointment. He was nothing but a giant health pool with tormentors at certain thresholds in an arena with grapple points instead of decent cover or interesting terrain. The most interesting part of the campaign was the holdout with Caitl and that wasn't interesting, just kinda cool.
We really need something like the last city's curse event to spice things up if we're ever gonna recommend this expansion to people, because I'd never recommend an expansion just because of a subclass and a good raid, not at this price point.

  18. I dont understand how they keep getting away with producing such shit. I got my refund today and I'm out. How the same people are in charge of this franchise. How Barrett is not in the basement with Smith is amazing… actually he needs to be gone totally. What a complete fuck up. I wouldn't even give it a one as its to generous. Fuck them and this shit. It's not worth the disc space.

  19. Man, you're so right. If a Tormentor would randomly appear and chase you like Mr. X in the Resident Evil 2 remake (Or Nemesis in the original version of RE3) that would have been so badass. I can't stop thinking about that and how cool it could have been.
