10 Cheapest SUVs with Plug-In Hybrid Propulsion in 2023 (Buyer's Guide with Prices)

Plugin hybrids first appeared as transitional vehicles, that would combine the best features of both worlds: unlimited range of internal combustion and efficiency of battery power. However, fusing two types of propulsion resulted in rather expensive cars, that priced out the majority of buyers. Despite this mixed success of P-H-EVs, we still believe in the viability of this technology and would argue that the cheapest models can be called “remotely affordable”.

  1. Cmon guys, the first company that gets me 100 miles all electric will get my money. 31 and 40 miles wont cut it.
Don't know why they stopped making the Chevy Volt that was on the right track.
Of the ones listed I guess I'd go with the Kia Niro
Driving a Chevy Bolt atm and love it but I think my next car will be a PHEV if they work out the low Erange problem.
The prices seem fair if you can actually get one at those prices.
