Its from Poland -PKP train – some people say that it was about breaks, but it happen recently and still unsure.

Completamente distratto da non accorgersi che le auto sono ferme per un motivo. Inoltre tenta di scansare il treno sterzando, invece di frenare ed evitare l'impatto.
That's why you stay on your side of the road.

He got fired…not because of the damage but because of his level of stupidity
I think he is trying to claim some insurance here… I was normally driving and suddenly a train came from nowhere with a high speed…

It kind of looks like his brakes failed. He might have been carrying a heavy load in that van and couldn't stop in time.
I almost had something similar happen. I'm a courier for a document management company. One of our clients is a state social services agency that we're digitizing records for. They have files on thousands of kids going back 20+ years; millions of sheets of paper. I was bringing a load of 60 bankers boxes back from their office. It was raining, and as I'm doing 70 mph down an empty highway, an old woman pulls out from a closed exit ramp, from a dead stop, perpendicular to the road, right in front of me. I locked up the brakes and it's only thanks to blind luck that I stopped in time. The van I drive isn't even that big, but imagine the inertia in a block of wood the size of a minivan, that's what I was trying to bring from 70 to 0 on a wet road. It would annihilated her car.
