1. The Byrna HD is an overpriced waste of money. Wait time of the weapon is 6+ months and parts even longer. The ammo breaks in the storage tube and in the weapon without being touched. Avoid this company.

2. The ONLY way a sling shot would work as a self defense weapon is the perpetrator would run off laughing, instead of attacking you.

8. The downside to any type of spray or ball spray is it can affect you just as much as the bad guy especially if the breeze shifts or how close range you have to use it. That's way police have to go through several training classes and yes, they most definitely get it in their eyes and they are in a very controlled environment.
   Edit : for $324.++ dollars I can buy a real firearm. I do understand there's countries you are not allowed to own firearms but still I don't trust not being effected with the tool ment to stop the Criminal. I have several police friends and they are not fond of giving someone they care about one type or another of these.
