  1. Thanks for the list.. Added a few on the "watchlist". Jet Island ? Starks Spiderman suit with wrist jets on silver surfers board (with many unlockables) in some open world (and busted up) outer dimensional skate park with bosses on the scale of "shadow of the colossus". Its pretty epic and zen .

  2. I will never understand why there is no love for borderlands 2, that was easily the best, most fun VR game imo (with the aim), also its huge, you can easily put 100+ hours into just one character. The core gameplay though is what makes it above and beyond everything else for me, plus guns, lots of guns! Its a VR game that plays like a proper first person shooter, you dont have to do any shitty teleporting, the movement speed is just fast, jumping, shooting, everything just feels great, yet it doesn't even get on the list, am I missing something? Ive played most of these games, at least the ones near the top and uh, yeah this game just beats the fuck out of them. Although, I am just on psvr, there are probably better pc only games like half life and pavlov, but it still should at least be on the list somewhere near the top imo.

  3. Great video and excellent work. Thanks for all the effort you pull for us.
The only thing I would mention, is indicating when a PC VR game is oculus exclusive. I have an HTC headset, and got left out of titles like lone echo 1 & 2. I know they are supposed to work with revive, but I don't agree with how Facebook / meta handles their store. And it is still adding a layer of some sort of emulation.

  4. WOW!!! you did it again! this is really impressive and accurate. I tried and play almost 75% of all those games and i pretty much agree with everything. My only critic would be that like last year you forgot a gem like Skyrim VR, this year it is Flight simulator 2020. Flight simulator is a MUST try in VR. Cheers!

  5. How about Red Matter? Amazing quest graphics and creepy storyline. I’m pretty sure you included it in last years video, but this was some great stuff!

  6. Excellent video as always. I really enjoy your rankings and appreciate your consistency as a reviewer. This is a really underrated channel in the world of VR. Keep it up!

  7. you should show gameplay rather than cutscenes/trailer footage. it's honestly kind of useless and maybe a good game that we would like to play that would catch our eye with gameplay would end up with us passing it over.

  8. Awesome video, must have taken you forever to make. I was a little surprised The Wizards: Dark Times didn't make the list. Also, please check out Surv1v3 sometime when you get the chance. It's very Saints & Sinners-ish, minus the crafting but with the addition of 2-4 player co-op. The melee physics aren't the greatest, but then again at least it HAS melee, unlike the #1 game in the list :). Anyway, it was done by a small 2 person development team and it has 3 play modes (not including co-op as a mode) and 15-20 hours of gameplay in the story mode. I really try to support indy developers whenever possible and this is one of the best ones I've played. Overall I'd rank it between Arizona Sunshine and TWDS&S for zombie games.

  9. One game i missed and definitely recommend is the roguelike Risk of Rain 2 VR mod. I can't even describe how insanely good this mod is, turning a 2D game into a full blown 3D motion control one.
Besides that, VR games really need to increase their content. Paying 20 bucks for a game I can play through in one sitting.. not enough imo.

  10. I definitely disagree with some placements, but this was a great list for those looking for games, and plenty of games in 8.0 and higher could easily become someone's favorite depending on taste and interests. There were a few appealing games I hadn't even heard of, must have taken a while playing these and putting this together.

  11. Rush down there? I don't think so. Been playing it since psvr days, now on Quest – one of my very favorite VR thrills, one of the few VR games to really give an incredible rush as the title implies. First few missions, just like in Wipeout, start slow, but once you're advanced you're going fully downhill close to rocky walls at neckbreaking speeds. Immersion is greatly amplified if you use the arms controls and your head is free to look around at spots to go or how the competition is going. It's got a lengthy campaign, plus the nonstop multiplayer that, like most multiplayer in old games, is mostly dead aside from the bots but occasionally some humans drop by too…

I even like it better than Resist, tbh.

  12. Alright wraith the oblivion is absolutely amazing if your willing to pay a slower paced game than most. Actually interesting story imo, and I genuinely got scared a few times. If you enjoy either great stories or atmospheric horror games, it's a must have

  13. Thanks for the great video 👍.

On my top VR list is
also Orkana Conflict VR, Apex Construct, Alien Isolation.

Or could you make a video
    "the best VR mods".

Because Return to Rapture, Gunman Contracts, Mother-Vr-Mod (Alien Isolation) and others,
would be a shame if they weren't noticed.

  14. Epic video, amazing job! I agree with 99% of your ratings, definitely Alyx #1. But you should include Dr. Beef's Quest ports (Doom, Half-Life, Wolfenstein, Quake, etc.) They are definitely top VR games and deserve to be included.

  15. Hey, Matteo, we appreciate you including our game Vengeful Rites in your list! For anyone interested in trying the game out, there's a free demo on Steam–and your progress in it carries into the full game if you decide to pick it up! 🙂

Nice work on the video. This must have taken a ton of time to put together. We appreciate the effort!

  16. That was a really good video! Thanks for making it! There were many vr games that I never heard about. My wallet is definitely screaming from the thought of purchasing all the ones I haven't gotten yet. 🤣
Have you thought about trying out Bean Stalker? It's an early access game but I'm addicted to it, lol!
