Even though our news feeds are filled with reports of yet another Tesla crisis, the company still manages to increase sales, grow, innovate and deliver on its promises. In 2019 they added the long awaited crossover to their lineup, named Model Y, which is expected to further prolong the domination of this manufacturer in the EV segment.

However, unlike in the past, when any Tesla novelty remained practically unopposed, the market of electric crossovers is actually getting pretty crowded with the rising competition from all major automakers and promising startups. 2021 BMW iNext is the newest all-electric SUV by BMW that is expected to enter the market in 2021. Recently, the pre-production iNext has been spotted in camo, revealing the overall design introduced by the 2018 concept of the same name fitted with a slightly smaller grille and an additional air intake.

  1. I think that the way that Tesla will stand out from the rest, would be the price.

    Most electric vehicles that I've seen these days are either sub 100K, or more.

    Tesla's releasing vehicles with prices between 35k – 64K. Much more affordable than anything on the market these days.

  2. Electric transportation will always succeed over internal combustion powered vehicles..
    Never mind about the brand, the technology is the key!

  3. Too bad the Kia e-niro only supports 1 phase charging and not 3 phase. Difference is 20+ hours vs 8 at home. If Kia doesn't support the European standard I won't be getting it and rather wait for a Polestar 2 or the Volvo Xc40.
