  1. I’m likely an outlier but I’d like a iUP “ultra” subscription. A new phone and watch every year, a new MacBook and Apple TV every three years and all the services bundled as one sub.

  2. Own or Lease were two separate options during my time working for telcos. The lease option was a way to increase profit and was very bad for the customer. It forced insurance and add on sales as well as ensured we have the device back for second hand resell. Early upgrade fees apply and after the lease you pay the same as if you owned it.. it's basically a scam. Trust me I was a franchise owner and talk was apple will come in and do it through their app to compete with the vodafones optus etc.

  3. I had a Samsung Galaxy S8 for 5 years before buying a new phone, I really see no point in getting a new phone every year, I personally don't want to subscribe to tech, just like I wouldn't want to subscribe to getting a car, buy it cash and own it, you might think you need a new one just to show everyone what you have but the reality is you don't need it

  4. I’ve never been a fan of subscription. I would never buy a subscription for always new hardware like this because to its pointless to always be in the edge of phones if you don’t need the new features. It’s pricier and you get a fancier phone basically.

  5. I will always own my crap. I don’t want to loose all that I have because I lost my job or they decided to raise rates. It’s too easy to just save for your stuff and buy it outright
