  1. Hey Matteo, have you tried Blasters of the Universe (PCVR)? I believe it is probably the best bullet-hell type wave shooter available in VR. I would put it above space pirate trainer or mothergunship which you usually suggest as the best of the genre. if you have tried it and still prefer SPT or MG that's OK (of course opinions differ) but if you haven't, I would urge you to try it 🙂

  2. I think you could raise thumper a bit, when taking the PSVR 2 version into consideration. It still doesn't use motion controls, but the haptics are really excellent, especially the head haptics.

  3. Great job! Very comprehensive, and I concur with your rankings. My personal top three are After the Fall, Half-Life: Alyx, and Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners. Also happy to see you included Vertigo 2 near the top, it deserves all the accolades. I'm glad you put the top 3 PSVR2 games up there too. I think the quality of PSVR2 games will result in healthy competition with PCVR developers, which is better for the industry overall. I see a new rivalry between PC and console in the VR space, which is all good. Personally, I think in future most games should have both a flatscreen and VR option, to reach the widest audience.

  4. Zenith MMO, bc it's a mmo even tho it's crappy.
TWD:S&S, Boneworks, Skyrim, Fallout 4. One of my faves Quest2 standalone is Path of the Warrior, neon 80s style acid trip beat-em-up.

  5. What a crazy huge and long video! 😂
Did you forget about Bonelab? Also, I was a bit surprised about Moss, I would personally put Moss book 2 higher up than the first game, but if I understand right, you bundled them together as one?

My number 1 vr game of all time is Asgards Wrath! So, very happy to see it where it belongs on the list. I haven't played Vertigo 2 yet though, so really looking forward to that!

  6. Last years list was great!
This year, sadly the recycling of content shows and makes this list outdated.
Compound is not PC exclusive anymore and left the early access stage, Iron Man is not PSVR exclusive anymore, Zombieland is on PSVR2 by now…

  7. This list must have taken forever to put together. I always find some jewels that I didn't know about and want to try. This is the video to show anyone that whines about there not being enough good games in VR.

  8. I personally would have put Walkabout: Minigolf higher in the list–perhaps even at S-Tier if you consider the constant stream of DLC. It is probably my most played multiplayer game at this point. It keeps both veteran players and family members who won't play any another VR coming back to it repeatedly. Admittedly the graphics can't compete with something like Half-Life Alyx, but it is available on multiple platforms and is a must own if you have any kind of VR headset and any friends. As a social game is very hard to beat.

  9. This is incredibly comprehensive, well done.

My favorite party game has gotta be Thrill of the Fight. For people that haven't played VR and are extremely fit it's a hilarious gag to see them wheezing on the floor 5 minutes later after they've just exhibited their total goob punching skills.

  10. Hey Matteo! That was an incredibly comprehensive list and a great reference point for anyone looking at where to start when making their next gaming purchase! I was surprised that you didn't mention anything about Star Trek: Bridge Crew, From Other Suns, Chronos, or Wipeout XL. Impossible to cover everything, though!

  11. Wonderful job reviewing and showcasing all of these
you done a great service, kept adding some of the most interesting ones to my wishlist as the video went on
Sadly a few of the interesting ones i wanted to try happend to be quest exclusives…but i still got plenty to keep me busy!

  12. Good job! I enjoyed watching the whole video. I spent over two years hooked on Population: One but now I am 100% Team Zenith: The Last City!

  13. I personally think Vertigo 2 is better the HLA. The level of creativity is so incredibly high in vertigo 2. The world really made me feel like i was wandering through a childhood dream. Its level design is also bizarrely well done, better the HLA. In HLA you are fighting the same enemies over and over again, with only a variety of a few enemy types. In Vertigo 2 i was discovering new enemy types near the end of the game.
Vertigo removed all sence of "What happens next" for me, it kept surprising me over and over again, whilst HLA did not. Both games have great stories that really stick. But Vertigo 2 had a quite a bigger package to offer here.

  14. I already mentioned Wanderer here but I totally forgot about Star Wars Squadrons. It's great at everything. Story, graphics, gameplay, immersion. Flying is super fun and yet ships are not too difficult to pilot compared to other more hardcore flight sims. It strikes just the right balance for casual players. And of course it's Star Wars (if you are a fan)

  15. I understand that there are just too many games for you to review and list but I still think you audio trip, eleven table tennis, Ragnarok, and Audica should be listed in the good to great list.

  16. Appreciate the work you put into these! The only thing I'd suggest is Lone Echo 1 and 2 being a bit higher, but not by much (maybe like 9.1 or so).

  17. Wanderer is one of my all time favourites. It isn't perfect but it sure looks great and plays great too. It's really polished and I totally loved the story. Also it has proper long campaign as all VR games should.

And keep in mind that I'm not really into puzzle games but this one hooked me nonetheless.
