  1. Imagine how many big tech firms would collapse.
This is why no one seems to talk about it.
Imagine how many industries would collapse because of this.

  2. this is slept on, great points to reaffirm concepts and new ideas. I am doing a phd in VR from scotland.. very far north. Talk about researching code for years. Its my life ha metaverse is coming

  3. What if we can live forever but when we die our minds are uploaded to the cloud and we can still play and live in the virtual world

  4. I think the answer to fulldive will be found in dreaming. We are fully immersed in realities, while our bodies safely remain still.

  5. The first part of this is legit just some guy admitting to going coo coo for coco puffs over video games and fantasy but not having enough time so he starts reading manga and light novels and I love all of it

  6. I have no doubt it will come, assuming humans make it long enough and continue developing at the pace they are although it's centuries away. The computing power needed to create a virtual world indistinguishable from the real one (or what we believe to be the real one) is immense. And if it does come, it will completely transform human society on every level.

  7. This was terrible, ill informed, incorrect and wrongly delivered. He missed to many of the senses that are actually required – either because he doesnโ€™t understand them, or doesnโ€™t know about them. Also places far too much importance on taste and smell which as a percentage of immersion, are not important.

  8. Iโ€™m gonna tag on to everyoneโ€™s comments! And agree….I would also give up everything and all savings to do this! I am just getting into VR and I absolutely love it!!

  9. For full dive weโ€™re talking sao for gaming and alicization for real world aspects with a twist of systematic magic. The more the virtual world seems real the better life experience you will get. This gentleman is right on so many levels witch in turn should be crucial in inspiring this upcoming generation for new worlds with technology. If it were here I would make a world like subnatica for space exploration for nasa and for the trials it may give us and I am personally looking forward to help invent this technology

  10. A full dive VR is a deam come true for many people around the world. But something like SAO being real still seems like a dream . However if what he says is true that a full dive tech might be available in the next 15 years then its worth the wait…..

  11. Aight in 15 years before you boot yourself onto the cloud, promise me you will think before you do something you cant reverse. Especially if you don't know if you already did it.

  12. If you think I'm not gonna cry like an actual baby the first time I use full immersion VR you are dead wrong and I am not sorry

  13. this age รฎs at the begin of technology.. but this is cruel for me i wanted to born after 30-40years… I don't want to die in this age i want to see FIVR in ond day

  14. If there is a 100% chance of getting stuck in something like SAO, I wouldn't care. I'd happily step in

  15. A simmulation of past will be very interesting to enjoy…..type a date in a month year….open it as fully immersible… will feel like time machine and if it is with 5 sences then holy heaven.

  16. Sign me up for SAO level of VR. Dont care one bit about the risk. I would give up reality in an instance in order to live in a Fulldive VR world :D.
