  1. I wouldn’t shoot it but I’d definitely vocally tell you to leave, and if they stay I would tell them I going to throw rocks or debris at them and if they still fail to leave I’m pegging it 🤷🏼‍♂️🤷🏼‍♂️ idk about some stuff FFA law, you’re getting hit with a 70mph fastball buddy. The D3 college baseball player in me will come back out and sauce you.

  2. @ around 5:30 So what happens when your corrupt police are ACTUALLY TELLING people to film your home and property in order to "back you off" of complaining about new-2-town nuisance bully construction companies… even going as far as issuing "back off" citations on bogus , made up false charges to discourage reports and complaints of not only suspicious activity through all hours of the evening along with numerous ACT 124 and what seems to be antagonistic & unnecessary noise ordinance violations, but also very close to what i would consider stalking and intimidating actions???

Needless to say i need SERIOUS attorney help with provably corrupt police (among others "of authority" it seems) now and as i will in the future be blowing the lid off of what/who seems to be prime candidate/s for R.I.C.O. … BIG TIME.. I have video AND audio of officer's dereliction of duty, and violations of equal protection ("what do you want us to do about it?"). Not to mention defamation , slander, filing false police reports, conspiracy and lying under oath

  3. I fly my drone over the neighborhood because of all the topless sunbathing MILFS. All of it captured in 4K. They love it and usually squeeze them puppies together or roll over on their backs when they hear that drone coming.

  4. I have shot 2 drones out of the sky.. I like drones and actually fly drones a lot with my kids, but when there is a know sex a fender flying above my house with two children of mine in the back yard and my wife sun tanning. Last drone I shot down he called the cops, guy showed the cops the video of me shooting it down….. cops also noted he was watching my children and wife more than anything in the video.. long story short. I have permission to protect my family and I did. Situations are all different, don’t fly over private property that’s for sure

  5. I think people are just sick of technology and the loss of privacy. Just go fly somewhere your not bothering people. It’s like bicycles on the road. For god sakes go mountain bike.

  6. A non-commercial drone is an RC toy, not an aircraft, (many of which are flying in unauthorized air space looking for trouble). No different than some radical sociopath walking the streets with an AK-47 tryin to convince people that he’s not crazy. Drones don’t fly without cameras which pretty much makes you a peeping Tom. All airspace above private is not governed by the FAA. There are minimums and maximum altitudes, and if you’ve got a brain weighing more than a half of an ounce you’d realize that most drones exceed these limits, specially the higher altitudes.

Not to worry about shotguns though, due to mail carriers and package delivery, you wont be flying your toys much longer. As an A&P mechanic since 1981. I’ve seen the sky’s go from overly crowded to LA. Freeways in the sky. The days of people like you flying dangerously little toys in our airways is most definitely on its way out. Med-Vac helicopters alone are falling from the sky’s at an alarmingly rate. Maybe you’re just to childish or arrogant to realize that what’s above you is not a playground. I’m sure you mean no harm, but the danger that you represent is not acceptable. Whether by a shot gun, or by the authority of the FAA, its guaranteed that you won’t be airborne much longer. Personally, I love to fly; but that’s not what you’re doing.

  7. That's why you don't use a gun to shoot it down. I made a net gun and have taken a few down as I have notified the police about someone doing this and I live out in the middle of nowhere and have kids that play in the pool. I got tired of the drones flying over our house and told the officer about it and was told they can't do anything unless they have the drone itself and I told them if they didn't take care of it I would. I made a net gun and have taken 3 down so far with no one to claim them. Whoever it was hasn't been back that I know of. I have thrown them in the trash. I like drones as I use one myself but I don't fly them over people's property unless it's them that's using it. I only fly it on my property to check cattle unless I drive around as I check the fencing. Never shoot a gun in the air as for me I wouldn't have to worry about it hitting anyone but I also don't want to see any dead cattle either.

  8. People are really on about privacy 😂 you give all your data away to social media platforms like facebook, twitter and youtube. Yet you're worried about a drove flying over your house. Check in with these corporations and how your information is collected and sold haha. I think thats more important

  9. You can fly your drone anywhere you want, but if it comes on my property and spying on me and my family 12 gauge will take it out of the air to infringe upon my privacy and I don’t care where you fly your toys

  10. The more people have and use drones, the less problems will be. Because, those who are anxious about drones will get use to it faster. For example, the same problem was 30 years ago when first cellular phones came to the market. Some people could not stand the idea that anyone is using their phone in their proximity, because of "hamful radiation". Now, everyone have it, noone complains. It is like that with many unfamiliar things, with time, they bome more and more accepted.

  11. A 'friend' has access to a tri band jammer that works on the two main drone frequencies… the third band does the GPS freqs… so far its downed at least 20 drones of various makes n size… yes it eats batteries but its rather amusing seein the things not know where they are after the operator looses control…the end comes quickly……

  12. My late mother’s “neighbor” shot down my Air 2 ,3 years ago while I was taking pics to list her home.
I called the police who used the onboard video of him committing the offense to convictt him. Illegal discharge of a firearm within city limits, destruction of property and public endangerment.
The neighbor incurred thousands in legal fees, fines, was forced to pay me restitution and take an anger management course. In order to keep his 2nd amendment rights he agreed to 3 years probation. I also found out he was in the midst of a divorce and this incident was used by his wife to deny visitation with his daughter. This was the first time I had flown it in the area so there was absolutely no history whatsoever with him. The video is still posted “DJI Air 2 Shot Down. I should add that the police said I should contact the FAA to report the incident , I never did but in retrospect I probably should have. Like you said, in any other situation the thought of firing a gun being a solution is crazy but for some reason it’s okay to shoot things out of the air? So many public agencies are using drones today it’s a pretty risky endeavor to be taking shots at drones!

  13. A lot of your drone idiots Re the reason AMA fees are so high, we have to get FAA paperwork done to renew and simply FINDING fixed wing boxes to check for correct paperwork is so gd difficult these days…I've been flying for over 35years and never had this many issues renewing as I did 2022. My father who has been flying since the 50s damn near gave up on his so I finished it for him. What a stupid headache, and thank God for the woman who helped me on AMA's end who also had issues trying to determine QUOTEish "where the hell the fixed wing" stuff was that needed to be filled out correctly. Without her help I'd just be flying illegal like 97% of the other drones I see around do.. except I'm kidding; as I'm not a complete dirtbag like those "pilots" and would simply wait for more paid help from the local clubs

  14. Sorry to bust your bubble but the Aircraft sabotage act pertains only to civil aircraft. A drone is an aircraft but it doesnt carry passengers FYI

  15. At that moment you should have called 911 and said you were being harassed by some crazy dude and not engaged with him any further, orrrr take the axe from your trunk and give him an actual reason to call the cops 😂

  16. Actually 5:35 right now the feds, multiple alphabet agencies, are prosecuting a man for shooting down a drone that happened in Mt Dora Florida.

  17. As a former Drone Pilot it has been my experience that people do not fear the drone it's self. It is the fear of not knowing what the drone is recording meaning they do not know if the drone is actually recording them personally. Also, most people do not fully comprehend the lawful rights for themselves and/or others meaning when it come to the laws most people have little to know comprehension of what is legal or illegal. Education and full comprehensions of the rights for self and others is paramount. As a suggestion of when and where a plane or drone can and can not fly over a section area of land and/or water that restrictions apply such as no-fly-zones are important to point out to people that do not comprehend the full scope of the given situation. Thank you for helping people to learn the lawfully rights of Drone Pilots. Many blessings…

  18. Civil Code Section 1708.8: Trespassing, or the physical invasion of privacy, either by entering private land or air space without permission, especially to take images or recordings in an offensive way.
