  2. REALITY; costs less than $100 to produce. But the great news for military approved contractors- the govt pays tens of thousands for even a tiny screw. THIS is the reality. FYI it’s possible to back engineer it’s actually superior twin for less than $500 today, including cameras & composite materials & a fairly advanced engineer to guide the process

    Moot argument to say 195k is at least less than 16 million (which can be reproduced and has been for less than $100k by Ukraine citizen fighters including weaponry hacks. Again REALITY

    And NO my friends it's not an error. They claim to pay over 10x the normal price or value on everything… (You can probably guess why… if not then congratulations.. you're the reason they do it and will continue to do so.) Cheers!

  6. this was some old white guys idea from like 1965 , this thing is obsolete , I dont see any reason to use a tilt rotor design , they have not made any statement explaining why this would be better than a quad rotor or a caged uni rotor , the sazi of a small golf ball . The same payload could be loaded onto any mini drone , i really dont get the hype of this !

  7. I got this crazy idea.. how about just using a freaking cheap drone with additional encryption added to the video channel, and have then burn if they can return. It would still be freaking cheaper than this waste of tax payers money.

    Research and development.
    Encrypted software and radio frequencies.
    Top secret security clearances for all the workers who also have specialist qualifications.
    Certification and testing of every single unit.
    Ultra miniturised technology. Especially considering regular sized equivalent cameras cost thousands of dollars to buy.
    Many more.

    The price will eventually come down.

    I don't see anyone complaining about the price of the F35?

  11. Draganfly ($DPRO) is undoubtedly the best solution when looking for an autonomous drone (or manual if you want), for any use.
    They have currently been chosen by Lufthansa to strengthen the maritime search and rescue infrastructure, they are helping civilians and military personnel in Ukraine by providing them with drones to detect and defuse mines, deliver medicines to the sick and much more.
    I personally see it as the best innovative company in terms of the services that its drones offer. In fact, it was chosen by the US government to send its drones to rescue Ukraine.

  12. 200,000 for a small helicopter drone … which you could literally build the best smallest one in parts for like 5,000.
    government cannot spend money with any efficiency, especially the military. why ever vote for more taxes you idiots?
