  1. Everyone saying mi mix 3 was the first phone to adapt this technology what are you people thinking that Xiaomi announced the slider phone and boom honor just copied it in days and launched their own version of the slider phone

  2. I'm not as excited seeing this as when I watched your Nubia X vid. But thinking about it, this implementation is a wise one. Although if you like phone cases, it could be a problem for both Nubia X and this Honor Magic 2. In any case, 'm just happy more manufacturers are now going away from the notch.

  3. All companies fails to have a uniform thin bezel like Apple because they don’t bend the tip of their OLED to connect it beneath it rather than in the chin part. I hope they make Touch ID sensors over the whole screen, maybe get rid of Face ID and a front camera cutout beneath the glass.

  4. I'd like to see both slider and back-screen solutions become widespread, as well as camera-through-screen. I want all the screen I can get, and the only thing I want front camera for is face unlock (and that's a low priority with fingerprint and potentially voice unlock being there).

Next step: An old school side-slider (never thought I'd call that old school lol) but with screens on both halves.
Sidestep from that: A side-flip-phone (like the ZTE Axon M) but with screens bending over into the inner side of the bezel, allowing near-seamless integrations of them with one another when open and a side-screen (like that Galaxy Edge concept) when closed.
