Apparently whitestone dome screen protector is the only one that allows the fingerprint reader to function on the galaxy s10+ whereas the competition does not, how is it that whitestone can come out on top?

Make sure you buy the whitestone with the uv light. I did not know you can buy the protector without the uv light .so I had no way of curing the protector. Fucking bullshit,cannot buy the uv light on it's own!!!
Just put 3 of these on 3 different s9plus's.. 2 went on great and the 3rd had bubbles but i took it off quick and used the second bottle of glue and they all look great now…great product

I do not recommend this glass protector due too mine starting to show small bubbles close to the edge. Took the protector off cleaned it good and tried to reinstall with second tube of adhesive but that tube didn't have enough to cover the glass. Emailed whitestone twice with no response and it's been months with no response. Cant recommend this due to poor customer service and apparently QC.

I bought one based on this video sponsor and my own googling around.
BUYERS BEWARE: Amazon.ca customers ARE NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY.
Issues: My screen started developing blotches of “haze / fog” and I wrote into customer service. I was shocked when they told me straight up, “Amazon.ca customers are not covered under warranty”. But NOWHERE on their website / warranty page does it mention that at the time of purchase and at the time I wrote to them on May 3 2018.
I did manage to get in touch with their customer service and found that the warranty conditions are from the dark ages:
1) You have to ship the defective screen protector back to Dome USA;
2) They will then review it and see if you are eligible for a warranty replacement;
3) And if you are eligible they will ship one back to you.
** oh and YOU the customer pays for ALL shipping costs.**
After contacting Twitter account for Dome; they said they may be able to offer an accommodation but I have to send proof of purchase and a picture of the defective screen.
Great! So I sent the proof to their customer service email (at this point I felt like I was having two separate conversations, one on twitter and an entirely silo-ed conversation through the customer service email.
As of now: May 10 2018 I have not received a reply regarding my eligibility for the replacement.
Tips:
If you are like me and dropped $60+ dollars on this low-quality screen protector kit—The Dome Twitter Account has MUCH more responsive customer service than email.
Don't bother getting any other screen protector for your S9. This is by far the best protector you can get. Expensive but well worth it.
I just bought it for my Galaxy S9 plus, and I found dust between screen protector and plastic. It's really noticeable, not just one dot.

I have had one on my Galaxy s8. I loved it after installation, clear and full edge to edge protection. But poor quality protector and very thick on the phone is easy to rise. You pay all the money for the fancy installation process, not for a high quality of the protector. It is worthless! Broke 3 times in a week, after some very small drops, ex. from coffe table on soft wooden floor. Then replacement pack with only protector and adhesive for a few $ less. Absolutelly not worth it. I would never recommend
