  1. i like skating. i skate irl. very badly. but its a good time passer and outdoor activity even if you suck like me. i just started playing the new session game and its looking pretty damn good. but skating in vr? nope. i dont see how that can work… i mean, i wish them luck and i hope it does work, but…

that stick figure game though looks freaking awesome.

  2. Had my Quest charging on standby for 2 days…nothing. Just checked the manual update…available. Downloading right now. Glad to see more casting options…already able to cast to my Raspberry Pi 4B with 4GBs of RAM using scrcpy with a fairly decent quality, but with no audio. Bought a $20 audio card for the Pi, and planned on connecting my bluetooth audio receiver through line-in, and either pair the Quest with the receiver, or connect the transmitter to the right-side audio port on the Quest, while using the left jack for the DAS headset speakers still. But then I just came across 'lazycast' for the Pi, which acts like Miracast, but damned if I could get it to work…lol. If it works, then basically any Android device will pair and cast directly, with audio. That's the plan anyway. 😛

  3. Your videos always cover the biggest (and some more obscure) topics in the main VR headsets. I’ve been watching these vids for a while and enjoy them a lot! Keep up the good work!

  4. Of course they don't roll out the updates to everyone all at once. It's *Facebook*. That's like their big thing that they do.

It would be like if Google made a phone that couldn't search– they just would not do that.

… and meanwhile you guys are all looking at each other going "your Google phone can search too?! What the heck is going on!?". ???

  5. great video thank you Eric. It sucks that they roll out updates that way. I would much rather have a buggy update then have to stand next to the punch bowl off the dance floor.
