To the ones wondering, I remember reading that Sony was disappointed with the sales of this game, so I'm not sure if they will make fund developing another one.
Sweet Tooth should've always been Sony's Official mascot. Period.
1 was kinda funny, with the cutscene quality and the actors
2 was pretty fun, and and pretty meta on some parts.
3 was a joke, the endings were absurd and really dumb.
4… was a mistake.
TM: Black was a refreshing change, with an interesting message that you either get revenge or die a hero.
TM (2012) was really fun, although it was lacking in unique characters, it made up for it in quality, action and a whole lot of explosions.
I think that’s all of them, and i’m not gonna talk about the side branded games.
Funny that they criticized the poor history side of the game and the fact it's delivered through cutscenes, but the yearly CODs can get a sweet pass on that

The most repetative game I ever played, on twisted mode its too hard its laughable.
I wonder if somebody would try to reboot the car combat genre. It would probably be an indie studio, of course, but really they would have no competition, and so long that the game is available and easy to jump into it could be a success and a blast to play. They could even market it as a vehicular battle royale (since that's popular currently), I'd still take it.
This video makes me mad that it isn't available on Xbox.
I really want to buy this for years now but only now I get a chance. But a question though, if you fight offline with a friend, will it have AI enemies too? Or its just 1v1?

I would rank TW4 way above this one.
Prefered the story and characters.
The VERY SMALL number of characters here gives the cars less character and gives the game less replay value.
TW4 has more understandable, controllable, & dodgeable weapons. also feels like it had better or more interesting stage designs.
Calypso looks like Adam Sandler as the opera man from SNL.

Remastered of twisted metal 1-3, with all characters playable on every game. Now that would be worth getting. When this game came out I bought a PS3. Beat the campaign in a day and returned the PS3. Limited characters, super short campaign kinda ruined this for me. Game play was great and visually looked good. But if you played the old twisted metals I'm sure you will feel like they cut corners on the story ,difficulty, and character selection. Now that it's cheap I'm sure it's worth picking up. Not a 9-10 star game though.

I love the live action "B Horror Movie" stories. I just wish there was more of them.
Pls.. Let's hope they will make a new Twisted Metal on PS4! And keep it original where each vehicle has its own driver and story which you discover through their own separate tournament where you can take a couch or online friend with you
