The markets are crazy but still paying off. I cleared a $350,000 mortgage in 5 months literally from my stocks portfolio. The Evergrande news dealt some damage on the US markets it's very unfortunate that whenever something big goes wrong, a lot of people panic and hold on to money that should be working for them. Having monitored my portfolio performance return huge six figures from the last 2 quarters, I have learned why the market will remain a money den for those who know where to look.

While vr and ar is fancy and convenient 'n all. But nothing can come to the real deal of actually feeling, smelling, touching the actual thing itself. What's the point of seeing a delicious hamburger in vr/ar right in front of you when you can't eat, smell, or touch it? The same can be applied to any other physical thing.

I think you made an error in MR market cap. You said 300m to 3.9T in 6 years with a growth rate of ~40% that doesn't sound right.
As far as Augment it's one of the greatest apps I've been using it for a few years before they changed it and made it a for pay app, AR Customer service is something I build into robots for businesses and mixed reality is just awesome for advertising; I can't wait to try out MR and XR devices because I learn fast and my mind is like a cloud storage so I like to float around the information and mix it all together to make it a cool environment while I'm researching, designing, building and testing products… I'd love some help but my work is so serious I have no time for those not interested in creating things for a living.
