Hi Captain Drone – on 4.December 2020 after this review / advice I did buy this product – two days ago this tablet stop working – what advice you will have for me now – I'm not happy.
How did you load the Fly App and did you have any issues? I didn't even see on the App Store and is not supported device DJI says. Hmmmmmmmm

I have the 1st mini and I just got the tablet but I can’t find the proper app to connect to the drone…please help?!?
I received my tripltek model T7121 yesterday from amazon. Today I placed the device online via tether to my note10, both android devices. I booted up the tripltek device and went strait to the playstore app on the device. Typed in:
dji fly app mavic air 2
only to realize that the dji fly app was NOT an option on here. So I verified that the tripltek device is running android 9 and all should be well.
went back to playstore and typed in:
dji fly app mavic air 2 android
STRIKE 2, only options are for dji go 4 (not compatible with mavic air 2)
and then dji store, now I am seeing dji pilot but no where does that state that it works with the mavic air 2.
I purchased this particular 1200 nit tablet for the same reason as others but more specifically for the dji fly app availability and it still is NOT available to me, WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO FIX THIS as I have a high end client tomorrow that I want to show the bright screen to. PLEASE HELP and thank you!!!

WOW! I have been looking at various tablets and phones, since my old phone isn't even 64 bit operating system, so I'm hunting. This is cheaper than many cell phones and high end tablets and PERFECT for me! So I am saving my pennies!!!
I have the pro version and there may be an issue with the compass not being accurate or not functioning. Running google maps, if I point to north, the icon will point to south. If I rotate left, the icon rotates right. Running dji fly app 1.2.2 or higher, not getting exact tablet position. Tried to calibrate but no go. Anyone with the tablet experiencing similar issue?
Nice tablet but also extremely expensive for 600 dollars one could buy the mavic mini 2 or even i nice camera i guess if you have the money go for it.
I guarantee that the military isn’t using this tablet or any derivative of it. I also wouldn’t trust this to be updated on a regular enough basis to be compatible with the drone apps that most use.
