Unbox Therapy is complete piece of s*t. He use to boost his channel with truck full of empty iphone boxes he promised he will giveaway to his viewers. What he ended up doing is to give just a few phones. Nowadays some suspect that he buys views to boost his channel. I can't believe people will watch people like him.
Wait, wasn't this the same guy who got caught stealing a design from someone? I recall him getting caught up in a lot of controversy on something like that.
If that's the same guy, I don't expect him to have much in the way of ethics.

My computer shop has been literally open for 40 years. Manufactures are purposely making items not repairable. Their answer is to replace not repair. Don't give me BS about let us all be "Green". If that was the case parts and repairs would be easier to get completed.

I imagine at a certain point in time it went from "reviewing stuff I like, and here are my honest thoughts" to "Why yes my liege, your tech product will be placed perfectly at 32 degrees for maximum B roll effectiveness"
Fake response purporting to be from you Lou , their playing games !! Squeezing you out to drive repair work to them !! Their frightened people will find out how much money is being paid to the manufacturers of the screens .
He is one of the most untrustworthy tech YouTubers on the entire platform. He's been a shill for questionable brands and products for years. I don't think he'd respond, and if he did, it'd be a distasteful response.
As they say in business, silence is compliance. If Unbox Therapy cannot give a sufficient answer and remains silent, then they are totally complicit with anti-consumer practices and profit directly from it. We should express zero tolerance.

This is some odd "AMA" and this dude is a joke after the fake case he did which was a rip off then his infamous fake iPhone giveaway which i'm sure he doesn't respond to "hey lou did that iPhone giveaway actually happened" which was in like 2016 or something. Samsung didnt make screens so exposed to damage, so that you just come and replace them for new ones and devoid them from profit of a new sold smartphone.

Lew is the least genuine tech 'personality' on the platform.
I haven't watched that channel from the beginning. I don't know if it's a good tech channel from his humble beginnings. but now I have watched it a lot of times. He just show stuff. He doesn't really review them. So for me there is no point watching his videos.
I still remember about his truck of iPhone 6s "giveaway" that he did. I was 13 back then, I knew too damn well that was bs.

I watch all the major tech group channels, and several of the smaller channels that do reviews now and then. I AVOID all unboxing channels. LIKE. the PLAGUE. 10m subscribers? I ain't NEVER heard of this guy. At louis' descrip of him, I thought it was someone samsung literally created to 'be' like Louis to 'afford' them legitimacy. Honestly, this is really suck. I've enjoyed samsung products for the longest time, mainly their tvs. But lately their phones, and even TVs, are getting loaded with WAY to many close to malware products.
It would be pretty cool if he actually answered. Doubt he will, but it'd be a lot cooler if he did.
