  1. Italy didn't qualify, Sweden not qualifying, Haaland and Norway not qualifying, Croatia not qualifying and you say Qualifiers don't matter? You 4 pundits are what's wrong with the picture. Biased and one sided as the glass is half empty woth these guys when talking about Ronaldo. 38 years old doing the things he is doing…

  2. He has been scoring a goal or penalty here and there to hide otherwise terrible performances for years now, even towards the end of his time at Madrid. He can’t drop into midfield and dribble or pass (to the point where he’s a liability on the ball unless he’s finishing)and needs to be fed chance after chance to score. Ronaldo fans talk about him scoring 40 goals but ignore where he’s doing it and his overall performances for a reason.

  3. These are modern times. Biomedical science is making great progress Christiano can play four years or a little bit longer. He is so strong and not an ordinary player. Many of the footballworld should read less comic books. You people don't like Ronaldo.

  4. Irrelevant comments from ex footballers, who were not in same league as CR7 or Messi, even when they were in their peak and prime time.

  5. The fact that CR7 at 38 is still making headlines is crazy 😂
These guys are a bunch of idiots. Respect the player or leave him off your headlines.

  6. “Remind me what happened to him at the World Cup.” Lets remind this prat what happened: at 0-0 earned and scored penalty in first game against Ghana, at 0-0 made important contribution to first goal, without him they never scored that, and played 60 min against Korea in a match that decided nothing. And then get benched. Or we can look on stats: with Ronaldo on the field Portugal scored 7 goals, conceded 2, without him on the field Portugal scored 5 goals, conceded 4 goals. And they forgot all of that, forgot game against Morocco and only remembered game vs Switz, act like with him on the field they lost all matches. This agenda is just crazy.

  7. "Correct me if I'm wrong but Messi was not a problem for Argentina" SURE, I'll correct you: Messi very nearly cost Argentina the cup by almost constantly losing the ball when it wasn't necessary, including directly contributing to Mbappe's goal.

  8. I love this show it’s my favorite show but I have to say if Ronaldo wasn’t scoring against these bad teams he would be so criticized for it

  9. This Portugal team is just too good. They scored 9 without Ronaldo so it’s pretty obvious Ronaldo will get opportunities to score goals. His absence isn’t felt by the team. Ronaldo is scoring cus the team is too good for the opponents

  10. True to the Legend Ronaldo is, days after this criticism he scores Ronaldo like Free kick and two goals last night. Which 38 yr old has ever ever ever performed like this?

  11. Huge difference. I believe if Messi feels he can't be as effective for Argentina at 39yo, he will not be a problem, he will not demand to be a starter etc.

  12. these channels won't run if they won't talk about cr7 look at you he is out of Europe and u dogs are still barking thats shows his impact and power

  13. poor poueur Retired mediocre in their prime 2nd rate players, sitting in their jackets in a studio while a 38 year old has 43 goals this season for club and country. ESPN has been given a mandate to promote Messi for $$$ all around, coming from the promotions, and to do that, they have to bash his rival, what a sack of clowns these ESPN guys have turned out to be, save for Gab.

  14. Sometimes it's better to focus on your favorite player and leave critics to criticizers, messi is good Ronaldo is good. They are both GOATS, people we live on earth, we have difference religions, we have different cultures, is my preference really bad if its not for you?. Praise messi but don't criticize Ronaldo, and the other way around, recognize what your favorite has done and focus there, don't look to convince others that their favorite is not good just to certify your happiness.

  15. Who are Craig burley and Steve Nicole? Just a bunch of nobodies trying to make a name of the best player in the world.
Name 5 Portuguese players better than CR7. You can’t.
Bunch of idiots talking a load of rubbish. Let’s be honest here though, they hate him because he’s at Al Nassr. It’s all jealousy and hate.
Steve Nicole is so clueless he said, Eden Hazard was crucial for Germany. 🤦‍♂️ clearly he doesn’t know football.
Can’t believe he said that with a smile.
You should be ashamed ESPN for having idiots on your show.
    Bunch of amateurs.
