7. Most next gen game is by far Tears of the Kingdom. Next gen is not about graphics. It is complexity of mechanics. Lots of so called next gen games are disney ride. All graphics no substance. Everything is decoration. In totk you can interact with everything, if there is a dragon flying in the background you can fly there and hit its head with your hammer. In lots of "next gen" game it would be a decoration.

8. Alan wake 2 is NOT made in UNREAL ENGINE, but published by Epic Games 🤔

25. Spider-Man 2 is the most next gen game this year. Visuals in that game on a 4k display is absolutely FANTASTIC and the way you traverse through the city so fast without seeing parts of the city being loaded is closest to playable movie I've ever experienced

31. FFXVI is definitely holding the candle to Alan Wake 2. That to me are the only true games that are the best of 2023, without being accused of being a glorified dlc or using mediocre turn-based system that could be pulled off by the PS4.
