28. For those who think is useless, is actually not. The best way to use this is when mayor catastrophe happen like intense flooding, hurricanes or mayor power outage. When a way to try to communicate is a priority. Is a very viable option in those moments since not everyone can afford a power plant and even if can afford it, you need a lot of money for fuel for however long it takes to power up the place you live in. It takes time, but it's better than nothing.
