    I am in a noisy room and need some Bluetooth wireless headphones to pair with my android phone as well as use for phone calls. I am trying to find any head phones that meet these requirements

    * Bluetooth (or dual wired when battery is dead if possible but keeping spare AAA/AA is ok too )
    * AAA/AA replaceable batteries (don't want to replace them when the battery ages)
    * Over ear to seal out external noise
    * Microphone (boom mic if possible)
    * 150.00 or less if possible

    Could someone point me towards something that would meet these needs?
