Since the value of those Mt Gox coins has increased from the date of the " Hack " how much do the creditors really need ? What the heck were they building ? – a server farm or a private island nation ? + Never heard 1) who stole them , 2) how were the coins recovered 3) what happened to the perpetrators 4) do they really assert that it's impossible to return any coins to the rightful owners ( isn't that a positive aspect of the block chain . The I.R.S. can certainly tell and track every time I make a penny of profit in crypto . )

Kirby…. what’s to stop the new owner of said Bitcoin of dumping the coins on the exchanges…. Nothing. If the OTC already had a pre arranged price of say 8K per BTC and the new owner/owners decide to dump around 10k then that will be the tipping point that causes the sheep (joe blow) to get scared and start to pull their money out bc they will not want to get burned like last time. Mt Gox did not cause the last crash of the crypto market but they opened the door for it and the sheep went in mass….
