As a guy who has dealt with auditors for 20 years, I can comfortably say they don't know shit. Although it is encouraging to see someone willingly submit to an audit, but it's so easy to hide things from auditors and it's not realistic to think that a group of accountants can come into a business for a week or two and really get a grasp on what an enterprise is doing and how they do it. I mean didn't Enron pass audits? Anyway, thanks Lark!
