What's stopping you from parking a box truck in an obscured parking lot close to the abandoned vehicle, driving ih vehicle in, placing boxes of random items on and around it with same help from a friend, agree to meet in the closest small gas station that's not a part of the UAE or Dubai, drive there, sneaking it into a work shop, cleaning it up, removing the plates, and start registering it as an imported vehicle (after paperwork) or if that can't happen Then selling it through less than legal means as a track only car that can't touch the road.
