  1. Here's what you can do
Step 1: Go to android device manager
    Step 2: Select locate device
then it'll say "unable to locate"
    Step 3: Sob some more.

  2. Unfortunately not all Android phones will be able to run it, and it's not just up to Google, the manufacturers and carriers have a say too.

  3. Are you sure you didn't do anything wrong? Remove your sd card and try to run the app again. If you can, you have done something wrong, otherwise they are moved to your sd card. If you want the apk on your simcard, then you need an app that can do that.

  4. Your statement is kind of ironic…. The iPhone will get software updates as soon as they are available, whereas Android phones, with the exception of the nexus lines, which is a small presence in android world, can wait up to months before their phones can be updated. Even then, it takes time before all models even get it.

As for outdated phones, with the rate that Android phones are pumped out with newer specs, its even easier for older models to become outmoded, as opposed to the iPhone.
