I have this phone – BUT there are some problems – when i use the phone in bright suny day , all the sensors are visible through the screen when u loking – no matter in dark mode or light mode but in light mode are much more noticeable , so much annoying – The other problem is the battery life – this phone gives me a total battery life of 5 hours of screen on time – and the standby time is so bad – it losses 8% to %10 over night – the last problem is the camera , the photo taken whit this phone captured with too much contrast and the dark part of the picture just burned – i report these issues to my warrenty – hope they change it / but keep eye on these things that i said when u want to buy this phone .

21. I was just on the verge of buying this A54, as I'd decided not to buy any more flagships. Last night, to my shock, my LG V60 got upgraded to Android 13. Didn't see that coming! Thanks for the excellent review though. I'll keep an eye on the A5x series when I feel my existing phone has had its day.

24. Really pissed there is no charger. My senior citizen father just bought one (I am setting it up for him today). The salesman did not even ask about a charger (I was expecting one in the box). I download the manual and find no specification. They say you must buy an approved SAMSUNG charger.

    They have made it so difficult I am determined not to. Once I work out the Amperes and Voltage requirement I am good to go. Even if I have to find one in store and look at the box I will not be buying a samsung charger.

    You can charge any device in any charger as long as
    1. the connector is correct USB-C in this case
    2. the voltage V is correct (if you get this wrong you can damage your phone). The voltage must be identical!!!!
    3. the A amperes output supply of the charger must be greater than the device requirement. As long as the charger can supply more Amps than the phone needs it will charge correctly. Eg. a 2.5A charger can supply a 1.5A phone, no problem. The device will consume 1.5A.

    Fortunately it is not the first time a manufacturer has sold me a device without a charger😢.

32. Waste of money. Phone was damaged from inside on arrival. Samsung have some serious issues with quality control and design. This phone will not last long.

33. I'm leaning into the A54 more. SD is necessary but headphone jack isn't. I don't really use the headphone jack of my current phone but i do have storage issues.
    I'm really looking for a good camera and in this range, the pixel 6a has the best overall it seems, but there have been overheating issues with that so im reluctant…
    Redmi note 12 pro is also on the list as a slighlt cheaper option… The constant complaint with the camera was the oversaturation of photos. And there is no SD card slot.
    Do let me know if anyone has any opinions or experience, or even a different phone to recommend in this range.

34. Hi, I am considering buying this phone or Sony Xperia 10 V. I saw your videos about both. Thanks for them 🙂
    I have some doubts:
    1. Are they dual sim? And, if so, can they be active at the same time? (For example, using internet with one sim and receiving sms with the other sim at the same time).
    2. I am looking for a phone which takes photos very natural (accurate with what you see in real life in all, specially in the colors). You tested both. Which one do you think is better in this way?

    we buy new mobile head phones not in the box it's fine
