35. Hello, previous Infinix user here. The phone becomes slow within some months of use. The updates do NOT EXIST. I bought a phone 2 years ago a totally new phone and it never switched from android 11 to 13 within these 2 years and I never got a update on their new launcher too. The phone has the worst image processing I have ever seen till date. The UI also is not that good and lacks support and has many annoying bugs which are persistent. The ads are almost impossible to get rid of and the general experience was SO BAD. I recently shifted to Galaxy S21 (Pre – Owned) and it's also a phone from back in 2021 and I'm still getting updates I'm on android 13 and the UI and overall image processing is REALLY GOOD. Of course the specs of Samsung is better than Infinix but the overall feel and polish is really good in Samsung.
