  1. Unless he patented the dance legally, then he can sue. But you can sue someone for imitating a dance. That's like an artist suing someone for covering his/her song and put it on YouTube.

  2. as silly and unrealistically effective as Alfonso's claim is, i still want him to win just so Fortnite loses money and maybe one day.. just dies.

  3. honestly all they have to do is call the dance "fresh prince", "blocboy" etc. Like damn they can't at-least use the actual name? I doubt that these lawsuits are going anywhere seriously but I'm glad that people are attempting, because marketing someone else's stuff as your own is lame

  4. I feel bad for the backpack kid. They took his dance "the floss" and didn't even give it to him for free or cut him a check.
