  1. I've had a few people I know ask why I can play video games for hours when I get irritable after one or two doing other things with friends ever since I started really suffering chronic pain. It's because video games are so much more distracting. I can do things there I can't do anymore because of injuries. I tried VR in a store on the tail end of needing a cane and forgot to use my cane after using VR for only about five minutes. I'm hoping my friends will help me get a VR game system soonish. I think it has the potential to do wonders even in fighting depression and anxiety.
