I'm not a Souls and souls-like game fan. It's not that they aren't great games, but they're not for me. Remnant remains the only exception and holds a special place in my heart. It makes me happy that the sequel looks like a massive improvement over the first game.

Remnant and The Surge are the only souls like game that took the genre and added their own twist to it. Remnant with the guns and The Surge with it's weapon looting and body modification mechanics.

Remnant is /was a game changer… depth of game outclassed all other games…this should be mandatory to play to educate players.
