Is this the latest MJX bug drone?
when someone says "exceptional camera quality", they are only talking about one aspect of a drone camera …the video.
What about the quality of the drones "Photo"? Is it truly 4K, or some digitally reconfigured 1080 or 2K?
I, and I would assume others, only have use for the video, to see where they are, and then to take "Photos"
Although there are some who take photos, those photos are for viewing through the YouTube, which, I don't has 4K ….
I do truly wish there was a way to link to a lot of these supposed 4K photos, so I can be better informed when I look at drones
Just so people know, if you want a drone that does not have a 2 or 3 axis gimbal for video stability quality and you want good video footage like this drone that does not have a gimbal on it then you need to make sure that instead it has what is called an "EIS" on the camera which is called an Enhanced Image Stabilizer which basically is a much bigger camera Lens which focuses the image it wants in the middle and cuts out the outer image that is where all the shaking would be. So you want good picture/video image with a non-gimbal drone you need EIS to be on the drone so check that before buying otherwise you might be disappointed

I notice a few differences that kept me from purchasing this specific Drone in the other review. Also, remember you will need 5G for this wifi drone and your phone will need this capability. The Flight time in the other review was 10min instead of 14min. This may be important. The case did not impress me. The one I received with my Potensic T25 was metal and Well padded.

I learned something today about my Bugs 20 and it may be true for all drones. This is my third drone and I've had it for almost a year. I've always assumed that the location where the drone is calibrated is its Home location. Did a trial today to check on that and found that Home is where it takes off from, even if calibrated elsewhere. Not sure how far from the calibration location I can go, but even if it's just a few hundred meters that's helpful for me. Yeah, this probably isn't news for most of you, but it was a major discovery for me.
I have this same drone and having never flown one before I stacked it against rocks but the great thing is nothing broke, it's extremely tough, and was very impressed on its steady image and great visuals. My cousin has 2 of the Mavic Pro 2's they are superb! Would love to see you do the tracking or follow me mode on the BUG. Please please please do one of those as I'd like to try that out but a little nervy.
I was sold on this drone until I seen the range of only 600m. The sg906 pro has a range of 1200m and is a bit cheaper

If you get the bag version, or just want to use your original box, you can get the foldable b12 props and install them on the b20 allowing you to store it without having to remove the props each time

I've always thought it was bad that they make these things wifi for video only, and no real fpv option, seems to very strongly hamper your drones ability, the wifi signal isnt anywhere close to the range of a fpv system. i was amazed by the range that you got with this drone, but if you had a normal fpv system it would have been at least 2 or 3 times that

Can you try the sg906 pro2 with the remote control from the Sg906 Max 3. Because I've bought the Max but they sent me the pro 2 it was $150 only so I didn't mind but I bought me only the Max 3 remote control cuz it looks nice and I think I'll get better signal. Or not everything the same. 😥 😟 🙁
I think adding a leg of 2 equal value resistors in series with a leg between them going to the cam servo motor power lead will decrease the up and down speed by exactly 50%.

I ordered this UAV with extra batteries and Blomiky foldable props. I plan to try my hand at a gimbal servo motor mod to slow down the up and down rotational up and down speed of the camera.
I had been looking at the SG 906 Beast 2/3 until I saw this drone.
I like the true 4K cam with the smooth up and down one axis gimbal and EIS on the B20. While the cam does have a bit of Lens curvature, that can be fixed in post by zooming In on the 4K image. I like the ability to adjust camera settings in the app. I am going to use it as a “crane cam” for indie film work.
How did this drone do in the wind? I have the original dji mavic mini and an slight breeze will give it high wind warnings.
