  1. Autel Evo lite+ was the worst drone purchase in my entire history. I wanted to give a chance to a different company than DJI, to give a chance to a smaller player and to increase variety on the market. For this I got truly and thoroughly punished.
During the fifth flight (a total of about 3 hours in the air) in good weather conditions, the drone fell for no apparent reason from a height of 120m to the ground.
While flying at a speed of about 20 km/h in a slight arc, the drone began to spin, did not regain stability and fell to the ground. Two arms broken, gimbal damaged. I was 100 m from the drone, I was observing the sky before and during the event and there was no object or a bird in sight near the drone.
Since May 19, the device has been in service; very poor contact only through the store where I bought the drone. The manufacturer does not respond to any e-mails. Initially, they rejected the application under warranty – they did not get acquainted with the flight log and other documents. Later, the complaint was considered positively within the warranty and I was informed that the drone was ready for collection on July 24. The drone was scratched and covered with service stickers, two arms were replaced, the other two still had traces of dirt from the fall. The arms are made of carbon and leaving two without replacement after a fall from 120 m is just asking for trouble.
In addition, I have repeatedly asked for information from the manufacturer what was the cause of the incident, whether it was verified and removed. I did not receive any information and refused to pick up the drone until I received clarification from the manufacturer. It's been two weeks since then and I still have no response from the Autel.

    Regarding the drone:
    – good video quality
    – very good range and battery life
    – all the rest is horrible, a bad joke about a client who has not been able to use the equipment during scheduled sessions for well over 2 months.

In the meantime, I received information about Autel EVO lite+ from another distributor, quote: "very good drones, but sometimes the engines just turn off."
Just… What a bad luck. They've had a few of these already.
If someone is considering buying drones of this brand, I suggest you read the materials on the web, I was one of the numerous people it happened…
