  1. Yeah but no amount of glue will solve that issue, a car is something that should work for at least 20y, that why you use screws or solder everything, especially on critical components

  2. Everybody shitting on Tesla like every other car doesn’t literally have recalls. This is a company trying to start from the ground up. What’s the excuse for the other car companies that have been around forever ?

  3. Pedal problem or not, cybertruck is not worth it. Ignore for a second that it is a hi-tech vehicle, you would realize that it really looks like an ugly home-made vehicle made of bended sheets.

  4. Even Elon Musk don't care if Tesla bankrupt because the competition makes better vehicles at a lower cost! He stated many times that all the pattents from Tesla are free for everyone to use, because his purpose was always to push the world to transition away from using carbon fuels as fast as possible!

  5. Umm, when you take your foot off the break it re-engages the accelerator. It's only a matter of time before one of these Cyberschmucks does something critical on the road, and that's a 1 in 4000 Cybershmuck owner lottery ticket, winning the passenger seat in Tarantino's sixth movie.

  6. I mean, I know Tesla has really bad QC, fighting McLaren for last place type QC. But this is a blatant design flaw. How this can even make it out of the design phase is ridiculous.

  7. There are a lot of things that are scary about this issue. But one thing that many people are overlooking is that "unapproved changes" are happening in the manufacturing of Tesla cars. That's scary. Who is deciding these changes? How often is it happening? How many other "unapproved changes" do we not know about, that Tesla does not know about, and what are the consequences of these "unapproved changes?" This is a very scary way to run a car company.
