As much as I love Droids and Samsung !! The groundbreaking thing that was missed by this video was 64bit processor by iPhone 5S , it baffled silicon manufacturers like Snapdragon at the time ( though they have caught up well ).
HTC M8 was an epic phone. Best phone I ever had.
I for got bout the HTC OneM8. That was one of my favorite phones that I’ve owned. That, the galaxy note 3, s6 edge, iPhone 5s, iPhone 8 (My ALL TIME FAVORITE iPhone ?), and currently my iPhone 11 are among my favorite smartphones of the decade. Honorable mention goes to iPhone 7 (I loved the way it felt in hand. But the iPhone 8 will always be my favorite iPhone and maybe my favorite smartphone)

1. iphone 4/5/6 (thin good looking phones starting point and FP scanners became mainstream)
2. Oneplus 1 (starting of flagship killers)
3. mi mix 1 (bezeless starting point)
4. iphone 7 (for dual cameras)
5. iPhone X (for 3.5 removal, notch and face recognition)
6. S6 edge (for curved displays)
7. Nexus 6P and 5x (popularized vanilla android)
8. Xperia original Z series (just good)
9. Htc desire series original (just good)
10. Pixel 1(told the world software can trump hardware even for camera)
