2. one of the reason LG and Samsung put in a dedicated high quality DAC is not only to provide the abilty to play the same quality sound you get natural in a studio sesion with Lossless audio or even just audio streamed on google play but also the ability to plug in High Quality big monitor like speakers and Power them cause that DAC is also a Amplifier . my S9 has great audio quality with the DAC turned on and Dolby Atmos so i would assume the same here with LG and its DAC and DTS X
