  1. A review is always supposed to be the entirety of what the person is saying – written or narrated, not just the score. An even bolder move would have been to move away from scores entirely, but I get it – IGN brand would need the scores. Would have stopped all the kids commenting on the score and memeing IGN just for the sake of it.

  2. Here's a better idea, how about you go back to focusing on GAMES like you used to? We don't want to hear about damn movies and shows, this channel is called iGn for a reason, if you want to do movie/show reviews then make a separate channel!

  3. Remove this system completely.
Use gameranx before u buy, acg reviews, or gmanlives style. Much more comprehensive and makes people actually see the whole review and not jump to some number at the end.

  4. Well everyone knows you're gonna keep giving Sony games 10/10s no matter how bad they play or poorly they perform on the hardware.

  5. I would still prefer a .5 rating system…there are these games which are obvious 8 but there are some which you know are not 9 but better than 8.

  6. As long as you continue employing some of the worst critics in the industry, it doesn't matter how your scoring system changes.
