26. my advice this phone totally scam and piece of carb nothing work properly 120 Hz refresh rate is fake, phone always over heat very bad antenna even the back cover phone it's not glass as mentioned specificationit's plastic

    Word of warning to all potential Redmi Note 10 Pro users:- DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE IF YOU RELY ON VIBRATION FOR ALERTS…!!!
    
    if you use silent mode + vibrate at work (as most users do) and rely on vibration to signal incoming messages, texts, phone calls etc then I'm afraid you're out of luck.
    
    The Note 10 Pro's vibration is pathetically weak – so weak you will NOT feel the vibration alert even if the phone is in your jean's pocket.
    
    –> THERE IS NO WAY TO INCREASE VIBRATION INTENSITY. All you have is On/Off.
    
    XIAOMI – You NEED to ensure the phone's BASIC'S are right. 108mpixel camera, 120Hz screen, etc etc is USELESS if the basic functionality of the phone is severely lacking…!!!
    
    –> PLEASE GET THIS FIXED ASAP…!!!
