Honestly every one of these gadgets either looks like it would overcomplicate the dive experience or be utterly useless, and most don't even look like they are marketed for SCUBA diving, just recreational freediving or swimming. I'll echo a pet peeve I see in the comments here, which is that divers breath air, not oxygen. Pure oxygen will kill you at depth.

The Huka might be interesting to play with. The Aquabionic shoes lost it as soon as they mentioned leather (if they hadn't already lost it with the stupid attachment system).
