  1. I think the demo that they put out really didn't help the game, it's the first demo I've played in years, and I was looking forward to the game.

After playing it, it felt like a lacking and clunky open world game with very little pulling the player in. I'm glad I didn't waste £60 on this

  2. characterization these days: ok, our protagonist is black. We are ok with that subject. Lets move on to something else.

  3. We've been spoiled by too many great story telling and interesting, developped characters in video games over the last few years. SE need to up their game a little in terms of writing.

  4. I had very high expectations when this game was first revealed. I couldn't wait to play it. Then the red flags appeared along with the demo release and the huge amount of gameplay reveals. Even I pre-ordered the game I had to cancel when first reviews appeared yesterday. There are just too many wrong things with it, the biggest flaw I saw is the flatness of scenery because of lack of light, shadows and reflections. Now I have to wait for Hogwarts Legacy

  5. So the story is bad. Most games have atrocious stories and dialogue.

Having the gameplay sound so disjointed is a dealbreaker for me. I may check it out if it’s in a bargain bin.

  6. Why would they need to specifically talk about her gender or color? The important thing should always be the character, and story, itself.

  7. Waiting for the devs to come out and say that all the hate this game is getting is because everyone else is racist/sexist

  8. oh god my expectation is low but somehow this still disappoint me. My god the art is so bland, the dialogue is Marvel level and the only saving grace is the combat. They manage to make a next-gen game looks like a PS2 upscale.

  9. Inspiration from Isekai . Is he trying to be a parody lol . Next it will be Narnia takes inspiration from isekais. What is wrong with these people. I can even picture how he looks
