If I've never played Breath of the wild, would you recommend playing this? Do I have to play breath of the wild first?
My biggest “wow” for this game was the music. The soundtrack ROCKS
With all the hours that are going to spent in this game, speedrunners gonna break it very quickly
The first 10 or so hours felt like botw but reskinned. Same concept just different place and enemies/NPC. But once you get deeper in… oh my. So much going on ❤
im loving it so far!
if it aint broke don’t fix it is my defense to the first 3 hours
I haven’t played this first game cause I’m not much of a Zelda fan but now I’m super interested into this game, so do I need to play the first one??? Before I play this one??
I wasn't a huge fan of the first one, and much like Jake, I am not someone who thrives in creative situations in games. So I'll probably sit this one out. But the fact this game is expensive and good looking as it is while being a tiny file size and running on the switch is nothing short of amazing. All because it's not for me, doesn't mean I don't think it's impressive
Do weapons still break? Are there any real dungeons with progression? As a original Zelda fan these fails in BotW were too much for me, it looks like they stayed on that path in this one. Should i skip this one?
So happy with this review. I too am not too into sandbox mechanics and gameplay. Really refreshing to hear a viewpoint that's not riding the (however deserved) hype train
Unholy shite! This is Nintendo making Zelda – like one of the most upper AAA Titles you can expect, with a budget of a GTA (maybe not 6) yet it looks like it came out 2005. Even Elex I from 2017 from a "AA"-Studio has no issues at all when overviewig a pretty detailed and fairly huge open world (Yeah I looked for the highest position you can look at the world, it is huge! and no laggs at all for an outdated game). The only good thing is the Puzzling with the Objects and Rides and such, yet it even noob-tutorial on blender deliver better results. In a world expanding through UE5+ it is not acceptable from AAA studios to deliver a PS1-looking game. The filters really do their best to hide the bad aesthetics. Usually I balance thigns out but here it is a no from me.
it does annoy me a little that almost all you hear about the game now is just building weird silly things, but i guess ive always been too into the story and roleplaying aspect of zelda, it feels like the silly mechanics overshadows that
I'm surprised how suddenly this game got released. Just last year Nintendo said they were making _something_, and then suddenly BAM! No announcement, no teaser, no trailer, no ad. The game suddenly got released out of the blue.
Before You Buy = Yes!
The Korok crucifixion possibilities are endless in this game and I'm all for it
Legend of Zelda: Nuts and Bolts
Why is Link wearing a skirt? Is this game put out by Disney?
90/100: perfect EXCEPT You Still Can't Pet the Doggies!!
Probably the most honest review I saw about this game. Not making a game that are 70% more of the same seeing like the second coming of Christ just because you can stick rockets to an wooden board.
I feel like this game is a botw with mods and a dlc story. Not gonna lie, haven’t been super excited about this Zelda. I’ll probably buy it but I’m still unsure about it
I really hope they also make traditional zeldas. I get that theres a market for this new zelda but i hope they dont forget the old fans too
As someone who's not creatively handicapped I love this game
