8. The ipad mini is more much better. More apps. Apps designed just for its size. Faster and more fluid even with the lower specs bcos ios is very optimised and the ipad mni has the better gpu. Better camera and design on the mini also

10. Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 is better than iPad mini because can add more storage than you think 16GB + SDcard (16,32,64 GB), the screen is slightly bigger and it's full-HD, and the battery is can last more longer than the old one..
