  1. Fine!… I cannot resell it. … BUT let me think as hedge fund manager. I will not resell it, I will just rent it to someone for 400k for a year, plus I will sell him a "call option"/"future" on 1$ in year for now. So problem solved.

  2. Algorithm patents are a ticking time bomb. Imagine a world where basic math equations are locked away behind paywalls. That's what we risk by granting patents on abstract ideas in software. Patents should reward tangible inventions, not stifle creativity by claiming ownership of fundamental concepts.

  3. What's hilarious is years ago I thought of the exact opposite of what Tesla is doing where they basically say after you have had the car for about a year, they offer you to sign a contract where you can get a massive discount on your next car if you agree to buy from them.
Could even opted into a small payment program see where you're slowly paying for your next vehicle years possibly even a decade before you buy another which would give you a massive discount on the actual vehicle in addition to whatever you paid for it in monthly payments.

  4. Bodega offers a service, they are basically saying, we will bring the goods closer to your house and let you buy it late for a premium, you can still wait for tomorrow and walk a little further and buy it at market value but if you want it here and now, you pay a little more. its a convivence store, you are paying for the convenience . But nothing is worse than you trying to buy concert or broadway tickets hour they come out only to find that Ticketmaster as bought them all, and if flippers can double every dollar they put in unchecked , its going to be awful for the consumer. Dealerships will be like the ticketmaster of cars if it is not checked.

  5. 6:04 a bunch of spaces like this exist but aren't as well known. I'm sure there is a sewing machine space or a pen space. If chalk boards were still so widely used, there would probably be a chalk space (assuming there isn't one).
Now that we've spoken about flipping cars, lets talk about the general woes of the housing market!
