  1. LG didnt mess with the placement of the touchpad. The placement is still pretty much there as it was before. They messed with the visibility of the touchpad. Which I think has none impact on the usability.

  2. AD 2023 and they still haven't figured out how a good keyboard layout looks like. I think the only option for now is Lenovo (bleh…) whilst some time ago there were two (Lenovo and Dell). Dell flew away recently, nothing new, nothing improved, only a strange rush for….colors, laptops in a "brick" form.

  3. Just be sure to never buy a Lenovo! I am a victim of abusive customer support from Lenovo. I bought a $3500 MSRP CreatorExtreme P27 monitor and it makes a high pitch coil whine. While I understand the phenomenon, it is so strong that I cannot work in front of it. Yes, headphones help – but I cannot wear them for longer periods either. I have 2 replacements already, and they all have the same issue. I see here a fraud scheme: Lenovo replaces a faulty unit with a faulty unit until the warranty period runs out. And all I got from customer service: the monitor operates within specification and my replacements were a "good will gesture". Have you ever heard a monitor making a high pitch noise? Well, Lenovo claims it's normal… And there's a reason Lenovo has 1.4 stars at TrustPilot.

  4. That LG Gram style looks very interesting, I'd like to see how long the battery life is, how it handles smudges, and more importantly price.

  5. srs, i m 35.. and i dont need extra displays.. or shut…

  6. have been looking for a 'new' laptop recently to replace my 2013 second hand x1 carbon…been checking out dell xps 13, x1 carbon, extreme, and nano…however ended with a new second hand nano gen1, durability is one thing, being poor is one thing…

  7. I am wondering why these advanced Laptops have not gone to a very thorough voice command feature.. or maybe they have this ? " Open up 2nd Tab, and show me Marketwatch page " . ? Nice Video and love the new HD Screens.

  8. My best bet that the new laptop computers including alien ware computer brands will hit the store shelves this year and beyond. And to tell the truth my current laptop is obsolete and I'm jealous.

  9. 6:41 Do NOT confuse Mini LED LCD with Micro LED.

Mini LED LCD is INFERIOR to OLED in picture quality. Micro LED will be the one to replace OLED many years into the future.

  10. I’d like to see benchmark, especially for the one at 7:52, dual screen with keyboard stand. That could be a super powered travelling setup for me.

  11. Need more sub 12" laptops. I'm tired if having to look at Chinese crowd funded laptops to get a properly spec'd small form factor laptop (see: GPD Win Max 2 and OneMix 4S).

The Yoga Book 9i should have been 10" or 11" just like the old Yoga Books but instead it's an ungainly lump of a machine. Very disappointing.

  12. It seems perfect to me that manufacturers have used Thunderbolt ports as a standard in low, medium and high-end laptops, it was completely necessary since the USB-C standard had the law the proximity to Thunderbolt, this port is for content creators who need to connect many professional monitors or for Music Producer's who need an audio interface without interference and latency problems.

  13. Why is nobody actually giving Acer the credit for being the first company to have 3D screens on the laptops? Come on do your homework guys! Seems like all the reviewers are just copypasting the Asus promo texts into their reviews. Asus just does better job on the marketing front.
