  1. I just bought this phone and it was under $100 and I'm glad I didn't spend more on it than that. It's a big disappointment. The photos look dismal and no matter how much I've tried to improve them with the buttons that should help enhance the pictures, they still look faded, have tints of different colors running through them or they're brassy looking, etc. My settings won't stay and the Goggle app stayed running in the background using up the battery until I searched the internet and found a fix which took a good bit of time finding. The phone didn't come with a working notifier for texts messages and I have yet to hear the phone notifiy me of phone calls. They don't make the Samsung Galaxy Prime J7 anymore so I couldn't purchase another one when it crashed, which was my fault because it landed face down on an asphalt road damaging the phone beyond repair. The phone can take a good while to charge. The magnifier has been known to intrude causing lagging and out of sync typing in the text messages and on and on it goes. I've had phones before that I could tweak satisfactorily but not this one. If it weren't for breaking a window I'd throw it right through one. I've simply ended up with blurry eyes and an aching neck many times over and not much success to show for the misery.

  2. Your review is spot-on. I have an A03s and I think it's a great device at a great price, for those who just really need a phone. It also has a great feel and it's considerably lighter than the rather heavy A54, making it more of a pleasure to hold. It's hard to imagine a nicer phone for those on a budget.

  3. Honestly the worst phone I got. Was for free and I only use it as a second phone for when my main (A13 5G which is 100x better) is charging or gaming (although I did discover recently that I can use Game Control or whatever it was called to open pop-up windows of my messaging apps)

It's slippy, and incredibly difficult to type on.

  4. People are so spoiled now. I'm 70. When I was growing up I had a black and white tv 7 channels. After midnight only channel 2 was on. If you were watching a movie or tv show and the phone rang or you had to go to the bathroom, you couldn't pause the tv. There was no video tapes or DVDs and you had to use an anolog camera and you never knew how your picture came out until you carefully took the roll of film out of the camera and brought it to your local drugstore for them to send to Kodak or a prossessing company and in week or so you'd see your picture. And what you saw was what you got. You couldn't fix the picture. If you owned a polaroid, you could see your black and white picture in about 15 seconds and a full minute for color. But the quality wasn't as good as a Nikon. And VIDEO? NO SOUND. You'd have to buy a movie camera and a projector. And you only got 5 minutes of film that you could only film outdoors in bright light. If you wanted to shoot indoors you needed to buy very powerful and bright floodlights that blinded the people you were filming. Then you had to unload the 5 minutes worth of film and bring it to the local pharmacy or camera store for them to send it away for developing. You'd get the 5 minute movie back in about 2 weeks. Then you'd have to get out your heavy metal projector and oh yeah you'd have to buy a white movie screen that was on a tripod and a pain to set up. Then painstakingly thread the take up part of the film into the projector which took more time and patience. Then you would turn all the lights on the room off and start the projector. It usually had 2 switches. One to start the film going through the projector and the other to put that bulb in the projector on. After all that, you get to watch your 5 minute silent film. When done, you'd have to thread the film from the bottom take up reel which is now full, back up into the original reel. Put the projector into reverse and let the film rewind back into the original spool. Then you'd shut the lamp(bulb) off, but keep the projector on until the bulb cooled off in about 5 to ten minutes. Now you have cell phones. Oh yeah, I had to use a corded telephone that you had to dial with your fingers. And no answering machine. We were happy. Played outdoors a lot.

  5. I paid $79 with a year service for mine. Has been working very well. Certainly one of the best budget phones out there. Xiaomi note phones have better specs but you are not go to be finding those at that price.

  6. this phone doesent come with a charging plug just a usbc/usbc cable and it wont charge fully in less than 12 hours. ive had 3 of these phones and all the same problem. they should include a wall block to charge the phone faster. also ive never had a budget phone take this long to charge in my life so thats an L for me. it was 50 bucks and thats a W for me but still for the price it could be better but not terrible.

  7. Paid $50 for mine through Tracfone. I am amazed by what you can get for this price. It's not a gaming device but you don't expect that from a bare-bones budget phone. For the average user, this phone will get you where you want to go. I'm more than pleased, so I bought a second one for backup.

  8. I got it for cheap and i like it, its slow but better if you turn off animations, battery life is close to the motorolas i used to buy and i like the screen more than the 014 5g

  9. I got this a year and a half ago the camera is bad, video audio is terrible and the fingerprint sensor stoped working 3 months in but it still works I don't feel cheated buying it for the price it serves its purpose

  10. I just got this phone for an extra one so I don't use it that much just mostly for an emergency phone so it doesn't matter about taking good pictures or nothing like that it's just something that I can use to have is a second phone for emergency

  11. You would get more out of it if you liked movies or shows, but playing games on the phone is a chore, depending on the game, you're gonna range from 30 frames to probably 3, you get what you paid for
